However, the crème de la crème of Evrima’s culinary line-up is S.E.A. with seven-course tasting menus designed by Chef Sven Elverfeld of the three Michelin-star Aqua restaurant at Ritz-Carlton’s property in the German city of Wolfsburg. One of the most unusual categories are the Loft Suites with the bedroom on the lower level and a staircase leading to the lounge area upstairs where floor to ceiling glass doors lead out to the terrace. The difference between Evrima and other luxury ships is evident as soon as you step aboard.
The Owner’s is the largest suite available measuring 1,019 square feet with a 635 square foot terrace. This large suite has 2 full bathrooms, separate living and dining areas, a walk-in closet, a sleeper sofa, and a private whirlpool on the terrace. The company didn't provide images of the Owner's Suites but offered a peek inside a Loft Suite and smaller Grand Suites and Signature Suites. The latter two categories of rooms still are large by cruise ship standards at 587 square feet and 427 square feet, respectively, not including balcony space. All of these suite categories offer living room space with spots for dining, as well as bedrooms.

As with similar watersports platforms on other ships, the Marina will only open when weather conditions are right and local authorities permit its usage. While there is no theater on board the ship, there are opportunities to enjoy live music. Initial reports from passengers indicate that evenings are a bit on the quiet side so far. But it was not possible to test other important aspects of luxury cruising, such as the quality of service and the dining experiences. Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection's ship Evrima has now been sailing for almost six months since debuting in October 2022. Just before its 20th voyage -- a seven-night roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale -- Cruise Critic had the opportunity to visit the luxury yacht in Port Everglades. The Concierge Ashore program allows guests to choose from private, predesigned trips or assists in creating a bespoke itinerary with the assistance of a personal concierge.
The ship’s six dining venues range in formality from the bow-nestled Pool House for light bites and breakfast, to the 28-seat, reservations-required tasting menu at S.E.A. created by Michelin-starred chef Sven Elverfeld of the Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg in Germany. In between there’s the elevated-casual Mistral for al fresco Mediterranean favorites like rack of lamb and seared scallops; the Evrima Room for white-table-cloth dining with wine pairings; and Talaat Nam for Thai-fusion and sushi options. There’s also the Living Room for pastries, coffee, and snacks (plus high tea once or so per sailing), in-suite dining all day long, and the Observation Deck champagne bar for drinks near the adjacent whiskey-stocked humidor.
It has 587 square feet of living space with a terrace that measures up to 118 square feet. Evrima is a 190-meter yacht that can accommodate up to 298 guests in 149 luxury suites. Each suite includes a private terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows, a king-sized bed, and a double vanity bathroom. Pairing The Ritz's long history in the luxury hospitality market with small-ship cruising is a big win for cruisers.
This philosophy of “savoring the lands you visit” is designed to more fully immerse guests in the culture, traditions, and natural bounty of some of the world’s most compelling destinations. Local sourcing is especially evident in the main restaurant, The Evrima Room, where seasonal menus change to reflect the places visited. Guests can expect fresh Mediterranean ingredients in spring and summer and culture-rich Caribbean flavors in fall and winter.
There are plans for 2 additional ships, Ilma and Lunimara, in 2024 and 2025. The customer mix mainly comprises couples, though there are also family groups, some quite extensive, attracted by the flexible suite options and Evrima’s Ritz Kids Club. Mistral is a lovely open-air eaterie on Deck 8 that buzzes with atmosphere complemented by all-encompassing views where diners can enjoy seafood and steaks, while Talaat Nam, which means floating market in Thai, serves Asian cuisine. As befitting its luxury status, Evrima is an all-suite ship and claims to have some of the most expansive accommodation afloat with six different categories to choose from.
